Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can see water coming into the truck right at the firewall. I know that you should be able to switch a couple hoses and blow the junk back out of the hose thats clogged, but I can't find anything on the engine side of the firewall that can be disconnected.

You don't mention what year of Ram, but the drain hoses you are looking for will not need to be disconnected, but are dedicated drain hoses that may come out underneath the firewall or under the passenger side of the vehicle. Have a look in those places or ask the dealership where to find them, they will tell you.
