Cold air intake

I was cleaning my cold air intake
filter. While the filter was drying i
was cleaning the canister and
accidently left a few papertowels
in the canister and started the
engine. But quickly turn off the
paper towel got suck into the tube  
what will happen?

I need help i accidently left a paper towel in my canister and started my truck then i quickly shut off engine the paper towel disappeared what will happen?
