Will a 1994 dodge dakota cab fit 2001 dodge dakota frame

No the 2001 is a Cab Forward design. Which means the engine sits partially under the dash which moves the cab closer to the front of the truck and has a shorter front end than the 94. Also the 2001 frame is a couple of inches wider. I happen to own a 93,94 and 01
