I have a 1999 blazer lt. Replaced trans motor, tccm, 4 button switch and finally atc fuse. I now have a service 4 wd code and when I start the vehicle the 4 button switch flashes and lights go out.

1999 blazer lt. Trouble occurred when I put transfer case in neutral. 4 button
switch stopped working. Replaced tccm, 4 button switch and encoder motor.
Still no lights on switch. Found fuse atc under hood blown replaced and now
when I start vehicle switch flashes and then goes out. I have a service 4 wd
code on dash but no code with reader. Vehicle will change to 4 wd hi or lo or
neutral.
