My truck is making a loud clikking noise how
to know what noise it is

It starts however when it's driven it starts to overheat after family lied about their distance.. What do I check first please... Just put in New starter water pump... Well just say I just put $550.00......help please

Sounds like you should take it to a shop if you are not sure what may have happen. Check the coolant level first tho, and do not be getting it hot, it'll cost more than $550. to fix.

Thank you...I also had new Head gasket put in.... After researching a Lil... Do you think it could be a valve... That the clikkin noise I hear... Also the abs light stays on? I

It doesn't get hot unless I drive more than 20min or so.... Hasn't happened since added coolant and check other fluids

Possible lifter noise if it is coming from the engine. May want to put a oil additive to help loosen up stickiness of the lifter. Just ask at your local parts store.
