starts for bout 4-5 seconds then dies replaced fuel pump and filter any ideas?

98 malibu died and wouldnt start again. 5lbs of fuel pressure so i changed fuel pump and filter and now
it has 40+lbs while cranking until it starts for about 3-5 seconds then dies again   any ideas?

Fuel filter probably destroyed the last pump due to it being dirty. Spend $7 on a fuel filter and see if that clears it up.
