2007 chevy lumina door lock issue

Hi, can somebody help me please with 2007 lumina door
lock system.passenger doors doesn't open via remote nor
switch inside the car.only driver side door is opening via
two switches. But locking is working fine. Maintenance guy
said i have to change three actuators but my guts telling
me this might be wiring issue or whatever you guys can
suggest?
