I had three offers to purchase the car what is wrong here?

I have had three people tell me the are buying my car started the process
and then it stops what is the problem here this is frustrating, are they trying
to scam me?
That is my car and again i have had three people telling me they are buying I
feel I have been ripped off by buying into this listing please tell me what is
going wrong and why are people making offers and not buying the vehicle.
