3.8 camaro wont start

Not sure what year Camaro you have, but did you try replacing the fuel pressure regulator?

I had a pressure guage on the fuel rail and it was reading right, it is a 96 model, and no I have not replaced the regulator, will that keep it from letting fuel in.?

I would suspect that it would. Is the regulator on the downside of the rail or after the rail? If the regulator is before the rail then I would say it's working fine because you have got the right pressure readings. But it sounds like you are not getting the correct pressure into the throttle body. You said that if you spray it in, it will run then die. That tells me that you have low pressure. Just guessing here, never worked on one.
