what makes the front end shake while driving like tires are out of balance but they are in balance

you say it feels like wheel hop but they are fine? check your motor mounts they could be broken.

when does the vehicle shake...if the motor mounts are broken the vehicle will shake the most under a load! If it shakes when braking hard it deals with a whole different issue!

either the brake rotors or balljoints gm is notorious for both
