Do yourself a favor, Radiator is blocked, or motor itself. Flush radiator, and blow air throw motor if possible, or get Engine water cleaner. Let me know, good luck.

the gasket might be flat and try to check if the fans blows well and check the radiator is not leaking.

If an engine is overheating at idle and low speed the fan clutch is not working or have a bad leak in the head gasket or a clogged radiator. If it is overheating at 60mph clogged radiator or head gasket. Check your antifreeze for fuel gases . you can buy a liquid to put into the radiator if there are fuel gases the antifreeze will change color. head gasket is bad.
