Your manual will have the maintenance schedule. When turning also check simple things like wheels rubbing. Also CV joints when going bad will make a clicking noise when you turn sharp.

If noise is only heard inside the cab at the end of the steering range, change the rear differential fluid. Doesn't seem logical, but is. Simple drain plug, refill.
