If you would go for cheaper parts and a considerably powerful turbo boost, get a Rev Hard Turbo kit. They're on sale. It comes with the whole starter package with custom T03/04 Turbo, 27" X 6.5" x 3 Sport Intercooler, blow off valve, clamps and bolt-ons. This kit is compatible with D, B and H series. The kit gives off upto 7psi boost and adds 75-100bhp safely on stock engines. Check its website: http://www.turbo-kits.com/civic_turbo_kits.html
