Car dies when i let off gas

Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I put in the fuel injector cleaner on a full tank and i drove it  around a bit hoping its cleaning the injector. but the car still dies when i let off the gas. its not the battery, its new.

well the altanater might be bad...no matter how new your battery is...does it make sounds when you try and start it back up???

its not clicking so the that should be fine sometimes when i try to restart it just keeps reving and never turns over

well...um what i should have said to start with was you might need to adjust your carborator...that was the problem i had with my '88 accord. it was doing that some...does it studder when its ideling at temperature???/

so far it hasnt, it sounds like a working car Pretty much, you would never know that this was happening until you experience it for yourself youd think the car works perfectly fine...then BOOM it dies

well id get it checked out by a professional then man...cause it sounds like it may be a pretty bad/unsafe problem

look at the injectors...maybe ur not getting enough gas....clean the throttle body maybe...wat are the mods to it..???

how do i clean the throttle body? and i put no mods on it

its after the intake manifold...it should be like 12 bolts tops i think...

you could just need a tune up my friends car did the same thing when they let off of the gas and it did need an oil change as well. so im guessing a tune up or a simple oil change.

Do you have any check engine lights? Check the (IAC) Idle Air Control sensor that is where I would start.

I know for a fact it's the engine timing, my car has the same issue and i'm fixing it next week. If you want a mechanic to do it, the job will cost 600-800 dollars. If you do it yourself, the parts will cost $200 maximum, but it's a rough job.
