The Idle flutters up and down hunting for a stable spot. This only happens if the car has been left alone for more than 24 hours.

Does the car make wining sound? Cause my car did the same thing and it was just the alternater brushes did a brush rebuild and took care of it

this can be alot of things. go to G20.net and search there, it's been covered alot, and can be anything from re adjusting the idle to hunting down a vacuum leak.
