has  a 1995 Saturn SC 1 have a fuel pump access door in the floor trunk to
remove & replace fuel pump without removing gas tank from the vehiocle

If you get under there and it's a rust bucket trade it in and move on , The fuel pump may be 1st in a long list of problems

Your car in excellent condition is worth two grand, tops. A fuel pump and a set of tires will eat that up. Follow above advice and dump the car now, before you put another dime into it. And if you're target is reliability & longevity, buy a Toyota, Mazda or Honda. And have any used car you buy reviewed by a mechanic before purchase.
