S70 windows stopped working

My S70's windows stopped working.  We replaced the fuse, but that didn't fix the problem.  And, yesterday the A/C stopped blowing cold air.  Does this sound like a wiring harness issue?

Jiggle your ignition key and see if anything flickers or comes back to life. This is typically caused by a bad ignition switch. (fcpgroton.com has them for $48)
