my 2006 grandprix through the serp belt and i replaced it and 5 miles down the road it through it again and there is oil slung all over were the belt runs where would the oil be coming from

The oil could be power steering fluid. May have a leaking power steering hose, check the fluid level in the power steering pump. Also check all the idler pulleys, and the belt tensioner, more than likely they need to be replaced. But make sure and clean the pulleys with some brake clean to get all the oil off, clean the belt also before putting it back on after fixing the problem.
