How do you replace a fuel pump on 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix?

Remove the fuel tank and change it. But most people will have this done.approx $800 fee
There should be a fuel pump access panel under the carpet, directly behind the rear seat. Fold down the rear seat and pull up the carpet to access it.

NONE of the U.S made 1999-2005 Pontiac Gran Prixs have a fuel pump access panel the fuel tank MUST be removed...All persons should confirm any information (as above misinformation) they read online 2019
Yes I 've checked mine no access, also floor pan in front of trunk seems to have a oval spot for cut out but dosen't seem to line up with fuel tank . I need to inspect more later (2005 base 3.8l vin. 2 )
