won't shift into 2nd gear for about 10 minutes. replaced both shift solenoid the fluid pressure solenoid and the shift pressure manifold any suggestions

Sounds like the transmission is done. Have you checked for codes? I'd say a professional opinion is needed.

No codes but I'm leaning on I got bad shift solenoid from cheap auto zone. It's better with the shift pressure manifold from napa I think I'm going to replace shift solenoid from auto zone to napa see if that fixes it

It's unlikely you got a faulty part. Sounds like you need a professional opinion. Continuing to throw parts at it hoping the problem will somehow go away is not likely to be your best solution. Nothing beats a few dollars spent on proper diagnostics.
