Relaced fuel pump and relay no noise from pump has spark will not start no fuel from lines . sat over winter and now will not start  could it be a lost ground checked wiring harness and no power except 1 wire

could be a ground for sure. could also be the fuse. when cars sit over winter open to the elements fuses do rust in position i ran into this problem with my performance eclipse. i would start by checking all the fuses and relays to ensure that they are working then moving to the pump and see if there is powere going to the pump and then check ground. it could also be a loose wire somewere or maybe even just a bad connection to ground or to the pump itself. but start off simple then go from there.
