My 1993 Pontiac is smoking and leaking water by underneath my battery. and its keeps acting like its doesn't want to run after I start it. Please help

Probably burst a hose and sprayed the Power Distribution box. Take off the cover and make sure everything is DRY. Blow a lot of compressed air at all the terminals. Then pressure test the cooling system and look for the burst hose.
