Grinding Left Front when backing and turning

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Grinding only occurs when vehicle is in Reverse and you are turning the wheel.  Grinding is coming from the brake disk/pads as scratches can be seen in the disk. I have replaced both wheel bearings and have not had the problem until 6 months after job was completed.  My mechanic recently replace all front brake pads (under warranty), but problem still did not happen for a long period of time after that.  Any Suggestions would be great, if not, going to try to replace wheel bearing again this weekend.

it may be a bad break calaper, grinding noise is probly worn break pads rubing on rotor metal to metal, thats why their is groves in rotor.
