I have a 87 cutlass supreme the front vents dont work. I do know it could be vauum lines the vacuum lines. Is there something i can plug these into under the hood to work?

Chris the main vacume comes off the intake manifold,check there for missing or capped off hose connections.

Yes there is a blocked of vacuum hose about a inch long with a screw in it. The canister in the picture is there though as well.
