can i put a 1995 eclipse gs motor in my 1999 eclipse Rs

yes u can u would just need to swap ecu's and swap transmissions i think but yes its possible and done before

They should be the same motor the rs and gs both come with the 420a motor and if u can't find it from that year eclipse u can also get the motor out of the 95-99dodge neon since came with the same motor has well it should be just a straight drop in
