My 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT A/C Problem

Question type: General

Finally got the car running and it's been doing fine, it better cause I've replace nearly every damn thing in it. Anyway I'm trying to get the A/C charged and I think I might have a bad reed valve. Anyone know where I can get and overhaul kit for the compressor that has that part or if it's even possible to find one?

I think you would be better off to see if you can find one online as I think the parts houses don't carry them anymore. Maybe the Mitsu dealer or even a Dodge house, the Stealth is the same car pretty much mechanically. However when you do find one and want to repair it right, change the drier and expansion valve after you flush the system really good. You can even convert it to 134A at that time and use PAG oil. If you already know this, I by no means meant to insult your intelligents. Just trying to assist. BTW, great looking car!
