Take off ur wheels and look at the disks. look for grooves and wear. also look at the break pads to see how think they are. usualy they should be alitle less than a 1/2" thick. also make sure that the disk is not glassy looking. (glassy brakes will make them pulse) If its been awhile since u replaced ur brakes i would do rotors and pads replacement. u can do it ur self for about 200 bucks unless u want a upgrade. If its not been very long and ur rotors are still above min thickness try to have them turned and replace the pads. very easy for anyone to do.
