All sorts of youtube vids on repairing plastic scratches to a car's interior, they also make kits for repairing plastic and vinyl scratches, you get the one that matches the color of the plastic and use an iron to blend in a plastic filler. Auto and hardware stores also carry plastic or vinyl spray paint, if you use some other type of filler in the scratch you can paint the entire piece (like a door panel or trim panel). Google is your friend for scratch-filler products.
