Subaru legacy 1996 Lx

Hi I have a Subaru Legacy Lx 1996  ive maintained her well over the years however have noticed the pulley is looking a slight wobblyish what could this be?cambelt was changed 4 years ago its done over 200,000 kms

there is a belt tensioner who's sleeve bearing will not last forever...the wobble is the uneven wear of the bearings there...if a tensioner is a part of the kit with your replacement tensioner~ get a new belt....look up on GATES rubber...only the best will do~

you may notice the belt is shimmyin' to one side and is scrubbing against the H shaped pulley tensioner wearing out the one side unevenly~

if the wobble is on the pulley attached to the crankshaft, it may be your harmonic balancer starting to fail.

Wlogan is right, I would have that replaced ASAP if that's what is wobbling. If the rubber in the crank pulley separates, you're gonna have a bad time.
