My 2001 Subaru forester low beam lights will not work,, the high beams are ok and my fog light will not work

The problem may just be burned out bulbs. The low beam filament can burn out and the high beams can still work. Check the bulbs and connections on the fog lights and check the fuses too.

Low beams wear out frequently, and surprisingly often in pairs! So check the fuse first, and if OK get a pair of bulbs, and install yourself as it's really easy.
