Question type: Maintenance & Repair

As I was pulling into the garage my
passenger car door was caught on
the garage door track. The door
frame right by the wheel was pulled
up and out as The car drove in. Now
the frame is bent and when I try to
open the door instead of tucking
beneath the small piece of frame by
the wheel it gets stuck on it and the
door only opens about 2 inches. Is
their anyway I can bend the frame
and push it back in to where it's
supposed to be so it will tuck into the
frame and the door will open again?

It turns out that my fender was bent in, not my door bent out. All I had to do was take the claw end of a hammer and pull out the fender and it works perfectly. Thanks a lot for the help! It's almost as good as new!
