My buddy has a Toyota 2 WD and his engine is the same way. I believe it comes from the factory that way. If you replaced the mounts and no change, then I would say that's just the way they made it. Your vibrations could be from bad tires. You may have a broken belt or it may be out of balance. Have you had your tires spun just to see?

My car has a swap engine from previous owner, i believe there's something wrong because even the driver side mount dont fit well, thanks for the answer tho.
