I am having the same issue with my 2005 Mountaineer. It has occurred twice and I I have had to use a battery charger recently because my battery is weak. I haven't changed my battery yet but based on the info at the following link I will in the near future: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186860
