I have an 2000 Ford Crown Victoria P71 and when I do 0-60 it makes a squeaky sound after it roars.

Oil was changed 3 days from today with full
synthetic oil this started 4 weeks ago the
squeaky noise when I hit the gas to 60mph
in 8 seconds. But when I first got it it never
made that sound and had it for a year.
