How do you put in a Ford probe manual transmission?

It's hard to get in and I've already used the alignment tool
and made sure that all the gears weren't getting boogered
up, the pilot bearing is good, every thing seems right... It's
just not going.

If you have installed every thing correctly,it will not flush all the way up,the pressure plate will hold it out about and inch and half,you will have to get the longest bolts, to start first,then it should pull up,if not recheck your work.

And if needed ,may have to rotate engine a little to make spline alinement.
