Odometer and trip display screen

I just bought a used 2014 ford focus but the odometer screen was black so
we don't know mileage, I want her an online video about the controls on left
side of steering wheel but that didn't work, could it be a fuse problem, or
worse i fear?

Hi trip timer is on my screen. How do I get it off and back to petrol screen
