125k miles, runs very rough until it gets warmed up, then still has less power than it should, i think it is injectors, any feedback would be appreciated

You're absolutely correct, the injectors spool valves tend to stick causing you're rough run concern. There is a new calibration available from Ford to help with it but it will only help to a point. Only way to fully repair it is with a set of injectors.
