when the key is on the whole truck is powered up, If you need a stationary source ,tap the battery posts or at least the hot, and install an under hood heavy switch to energize this separate circuit, you can pick up ground from block if needed, OR for a simple redirect get a starter solenoid like a ford fender mount unit and tie the small wire connection on it to any key on hot circuit live, in relay box big fuse to slam relay to connect across heavy terminals where youll connect your hot feed heavy wires

Direct from the battery to a solenoid and activate the solenoid from a switch.
