43,000

In my service manual, the pressure specs at the fuel rail is a range of 28-45 psi. At idle speed 40 psi is considered normal. It may vary by 10% more or less. If it is much out of range, check the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, and finally the fuel pump. (If it's too high, check the regulator first. If it's too low, look at filter and pump.)
