How do I check the fuel pump on my 95 f150 6cylinder?

Parked my truck last night, turns over but won't start

You can hook up a pressure gauge to the Schrader valve or put your ear to the fuel tank and see if you can hear it hum when someone turns the key to accessory. Or crack the fuel line and have someone hit the key just for a second.
