i have a 2009 ford f150 when i back up all the time it vibrates big time can anybody tell me how to fix it or what the problem might be thank?

Well the easiest fix would be to replace the U-joints in all drive shafts. Then grease all fittings. Just guessing here. I have had bad vibration problems before. Either bad joints or a bent shaft. Jack it up, put it in reverse, and see if you can see a shaft wobble.
