1988 Ford F-150 engine interchangeablity

Does anyone know if a 1988 F-350 351 engine interchange with a 1988 F-150 5.0 engine.  I thing my 5.0 engine blow up.  Please advise.

If its the 315w it with but the 351 modified wont its a different bell housing and exhaust manifold.

a 88 ford should have the aod trany in that case the 351 w will go right is. It uses the same bell housing and exhaust. But I bet its the modified and in that case your screwed.

if the 351 is an 88 then its a windsor. they no longer had the 351m in 88.

fuel injected also? modifieds were put in til mid 82 models til all used up. then replaced by 351w with 2 barrel carb. or 351HO with 4 barrel. then they went to fuel injection in 87.

Does anyone know if a transmission off a 1988 for f150 will fit a 1987 Ford f150 . The 88 got a 4 barrel carb and the 87 is fuel injection. Can anyone help thanks
