i have a 96 jeep Cherokee and i recently changed my spark plugs and wires and now when I drive my rpm goes up and down and it hesitate some time it even cuts off while im driving. what could be causing this issue

Double check your spark plug wiring connections and insure that they are connected in the correct firing order.
