White smoke and not wanting to go

I have a 1990 Ford Expedition it
started blowing white smoke and I
put oil and water in it... The smoking
stopped for the most part but now
it's not wanting to get up and go for
example change gears especially if
I'm stopped

Do you mean Explorer? Expedition is a full size SUV that came out in 1997. White smoke out the tail pip usually means cooling issues (leaking coolant into combustion chamber). Motor may have seized if it will not start up again. Sorry to say the engine may very well be toast. Seek professional assistance
