I have a 2011 Ford Escape the transmission seems to hesitate shifting gears is this normal I just had the throttle body replaced but the transmission still seems to hesitate and the rpm rev high then go down

No my check engine lite is not on and I have only owned the car for a month it has 36000 miles on it and i don't know if the trans has ever been serviced

Not knowing when or if its ever been serviced I would start with that.. If you have ever changed the oil and filter on a automatic trans. You will know , this can be a messy job.. Not hard, just messy.. Auto oil changers will do it fairly reasonable price. Dirty filter & plugged ports will cause tranny to act up & even cause pump failure.. Good luck..

That's bad. If its still moving get a transmission flush along with a new filler. That may get you by for now.
