car was running fine, recently inspected, hit a pot hole, immediately after the car died & now it won't start or even crank over..how do i troubleshoot...can't afford a shop, need a DIY fix 2 Answers

checked the battery, the gas, car has power (radio/lights), thought maybe the connection to the starter was loose, but i took out the smaller of the 2 wires (cliped) to the starter and re clipped it -...

We are hearing a "clunking" or "rattling" sound when we shift gears on our 5 speed 1986 Toyota Tercel Wagon....it seems to be getting slightly louder. I pulled a 97 Terrell tyranny from pick a part. It's a 3 speed same as mine, also a 97. But it has a extra sensor plug in & the back side mount is longer & the back of it is bigger. Will it work. 1 Answer
