How I can stop the alarm?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car was started with jump cable but the battery was dead, I changed the battery and now I have just the horns running non-stop!!!
When i plug the jump cable it was a little burning smell!?
Now I can't connect the new battery or the horns don't stop running.
I have no light, no power coming or starter running???
Can someone can help me with that?
