What year does Sienna have auto doors?

I'm looking into buying a used Sienna for my
growing family. I like the SE model (since they have
a black interior), but I don't know what years have
the automatic sliding rear doors, which is a huge
deciding factor for my decision.

This is based on the package you buy. An SE should have auto doors. XLE and Limited models have auto doors. Some LE versions have auto doors. CE does not. Keep in mind that some models come with only one side that has an auto door not both sides.
