i unfrotunatly shorted out the radio by earthing the cigerett lighter , i have checked all of the fuese and they are not broken . so how do i fix this problem :)

I have a 92 previa, and I had the same problem with the cigarette lighter, and my mirrors and clock stopped working also. replaced fuse. problem solved. your mirrors and clock work?
