when to replace a toyota hylander water pump mine has 135000 miles already and I am wondering should I replace it before the trouble starts

If you want to spend the money a mechanic will be glad to replace it but water pumps are not a scheduled maintenance item. You could have them do a full cooling system service and replace the WP.
